3 lbs potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
2 Knorr Chicken Flavored Bouillon Cubes
1/4 c margarine
1/2 c sour cream
Directions
Cover potatoes with water in 4-quart saucepot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium and cook until potatoes are very tender, about 20 minutes; drain.
Return potatoes to pot. Add bouillon, margarine and mash. Stir in sour cream.
